The majority of our CCA family have personal experience of the difficulties faced in managing and coping with the stress that comes with fighting a flawed system. The aim of our Support Line is to offer emotional support with what is an incredibly stressful and anxious time.
You may just benefit from a good old-fashioned vent. Or you may benefit from some signposting to third party services.
Our Support Line Team have experience in mental health and are here to listen and provide emotional support.
Should we feel you are in need of more specialist professional advice, we will gladly refer you onto professionals that operate in line with our core principles.
